MBSR, developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, lowering cortisol levels and reducing stress and anxiety. It improve sleep quality and cognitive function. It reduces blood pressure and boosts immune function. Supported by extensive research, it is widely used in therapeutic interventions.

Breathing Work and Techniques
Breathing techniques, like 4x4 (box breathing), 4-7-8 breathing and diaphragmatic breathing, effectively reduce stress and anxiety by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. These methods lower cortisol levels, improve emotional regulation, enhance focus, reduce blood pressure, boost the immune system, and improve sleep quality. Incorporating these exercises into daily routines can significantly enhance mental and physical health, providing a simple yet powerful tool for overall well-being.
